1. How can I place an order?
Once you have added the desired items to your cart, follow the instructions:
To order as a guest
Click on the shopping cart and proceed to checkout
Enter all the required information
Choose the payment method
Click ‘place order’
2. What payment options do I have?
Cash on delivery (COD)
3. How are the orders confirmed?
A copy of your order with complete details goes in an email once your order is confirmed.
4. Can I modify the order?
Unfortunately, the order cannot be modified once the order has been placed.
5. Is COD available internationally?
Currently, the COD service is only applicable in Pakistan.
6. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-4 business days.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
8. What if my package arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged product, you can request an exchange within 15 days, provided it meets our exchange policy conditions.
